Delicious! Amazing restaurant! Large inside with lots of tables, but still recommend a reservation because it can be packed at times - though I did note some walk in’s be seated. Food was absolutely delicious and very authentic. All of the staff were warm and very friendly as well as attentive. Love the photos on the menu so you know exactly what you’re ordering.

Gluten free heaven GLUTEN FREE CHINESE!!!! They have a separate gluten free menus, dim sum, many main courses and noodles. I was in Heaven. The front of house was a little abrupt, but I found it funny. No malice, just abrupt. We are upstairs, it was a Friday night and busy, but I had reserved. Our waitress Maria was fantastic and could answer our many questions. The food was superb, 2 are gluten free and the other 2 from the normal menu.The salt and pepper squid was delicious. We are agreed we would definitely come back.

Gluten free Chinese! It was good to have a gluten free Chinese meal. We didn't expect all the food to come at the same time as we had ordered what we thought were two courses. This meant the table was overcrowded and a bit uncomfortable. The portions were very generous and the food was tasty.

Favourite dim sum restaurant Our favourite family dim sum restaurant! My parents and I have been coming here for years, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently delicious, with a great selection of dim sum, and the staff are always friendly, welcoming and attentive. We love coming back and would definitely recommend it!

Very Busy but Good We had booked a table for 6 at 1pm on a Saturday. We are glad we did as the Golden Phoenix is extremely busy and there were long queues outside. We went as they have a specific gluten free menu and including Dim Sum. Have seen some of the bad reviews, yes the service is abrupt but this is the same as a lot of Chinese restaurants in Soho. We didn’t feel rushed and the food was good, not the best we have had but good. We would eat there again.
